1. Who we are

This website, aci-automation.com, is run by Applied Control, Inc. ("ACI", "we", "us"). ACI is an independent manufacturers' representative covering Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. We provide application, sales and technical support for the manufacturers we represent.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Quotes, not online sales

This site does not sell products online. Prices are not shown and there is no checkout. Use the Request a Quote form or book a call to get pricing and lead times.

A quote is valid only when we send it to you in writing, and only for the time stated on it. Prices, lead times and stock can change until an order is accepted.

3. Orders

Orders are placed with the manufacturer or an authorized distributor, as stated on your quote. Each order is subject to that seller's terms and conditions of sale, including shipping, warranty and return terms. We will send you those terms on request.

An order is accepted only when the seller confirms it in writing.

4. Product information

Specs, drawings, cross references and data on this site come from the manufacturers and from our own records. We work to keep them accurate, but errors can happen and manufacturers change products without notice. Always confirm part numbers, ratings and dimensions against the manufacturer's current data sheet before you design, order or install.

Cross references compare parts by published specs. They are a starting point, not a guarantee of fit, form or function in your application. Check the drawing before you swap a part.

The heat load calculator and other tools on this site give estimates only. Final sizing is your responsibility or your engineer's.

5. Warranty

Products carry only the warranty given by their manufacturer. ACI does not add any warranty of its own. To the extent the law allows, all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ACI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime or lost data, arising from use of this site or the information on it. Our total liability for any claim related to this site will not exceed $100.

7. Trademarks

Manufacturer names, logos and part numbers on this site belong to their owners. Competitor names and part numbers are used only to identify products for cross reference. Their use does not mean those companies endorse ACI.

8. Your information

When you request a quote or book a call, we use the details you send to answer your request and follow up on it. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy large parts of its content for commercial use without our written permission.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
