Application Support
Before you pick a part, we check it against the job. Motor and gearmotor sizing for conveyors and machines. Enclosure cooling sized from the heat load and the ambient. Transformer and reactor selection for drives. Terminal block, fuse holder and power block selection for UL 508A panels. Send the load, the duty and the environment, and we come back with the part number and the reasons behind it.

Sales Support
We work with OEMs, panel shops, integrators, end users and the distributors who serve them. That means quotes with factory confirmed lead times, cross references from the brand on your drawing, samples and literature, and visits with the factory people when a project needs them. One contact covers every line on our card.
Technical Support
After the sale, call us first. Wiring and setup questions, drive parameters, replacement parts for an installed unit, warranty claims and returns go through us to the factory, and we stay on it until it is closed out. For a unit that is down, mark the request RUSH and include the model and serial number.
