Replacing a 1333305
Marathon's 133X305 datasheet points to the 134x305 as the new UL Listed version. Same 350 A rating and the same two 2/0 to #14 AWG openings in and out per pole. The 134 series is listed to UL 1953, so it meets UL 508A feeder spacing. Check the footprint before you swap. Marathon lists the 3-pole 134 block at 5.64" x 5" x 3.92" and the 3-pole 133 block at 5.36" x 4" x 3.33". Send us the old part number and we confirm the match.
Reading the catalog number
Marathon open blocks use one number per family with the pole count in the fourth digit. 1341582 is 1-pole, 1342582 is 2-pole, 1343582 is 3-pole. The last three digits set the connector layout. In the 134 series, 582 and 360 are splicers (one in, one out). 305 is a splicer with two openings in and out. 554, 553, 555, 585 and 595 are distribution blocks with 2, 6, 6, 8 and 12 load openings.
Pick the block by the feeder amps, then the line conductor, then the number of taps per pole. Every 134 block is UL Listed, so it works on a UL 508A feeder circuit. Send the drawing or the wire list and we check it with you.
