HPS (Hammond Power Solutions) SP Spartan series control transformers cross to Micron by VA and voltage code. SP100MQMJ (100 VA, 230 x 460 V to 115 V) crosses to Micron B100BTZ13JK. Spartan replaced the HPS PT series alongside the PH Imperator. Find the letters after the VA (MQMJ, QR, NJ, PR, KHP), then read across at the same VA.
For PH numbers use the HPS PH Imperator cross. For PT numbers use the HPS PT cross. HPS is a transformer maker and is not Hammond Manufacturing, the enclosure line we represent.

Micron Group N: 240/347/380 V primary, 120/240 V secondary, which also adds a 240 V primary tap. Below 1 kVA the sheet lists no Micron standard.

Micron ImperviTRAN units are 105°C through 100 VA and 130°C above, with 13/32 x 1-1/2 in secondary fuse clips where applicable and a class CC primary fuse block option. The sheet prints the 250, 350 and 500 VA Group D numbers as PH250QR, PH350QR and PH500QR; in the Spartan series these are SP250QR, SP350QR and SP500QR. We confirm on the quote. These SP codes have no Micron standard on the sheet: ACP (575/460 V to 115/230 V), AR (600 V to 12x24 V), KHR (380/347 V to 12/24 V) and the 208 x 416 V Groups I and J. How to read an HPS SP number
SP is the HPS Spartan open-coil control transformer. The digits after SP are the VA (SP250 is 250 VA). The letters after that are the voltage code. SP250MQMJ is 250 VA, 230 x 460 V to 115 x 230 V, and crosses to Micron B250BTZ13JKF on the 115 V output.
