Up to 15 MVA & 46 kV

Custom power transformers for heavy industrial, mining, utility, marine, and data center applications. VPI, VPE, and cast coil construction. Unit-substation configurations with integrated primary disconnects.

AC Line & Load Reactors

Iron-core reactors for VFD applications — 3% and 5% impedance options to limit harmonic distortion, reduce voltage spikes, and protect motor insulation. Motor guarding transient filters and DC chokes also available.

CSA & UL Listed, DOE Compliant

All Rex products are CSA certified and UL listed. Distribution transformers meet U.S. DOE 2016 and NRCan 2019 efficiency standards. Seismic qualification and hazardous location approvals available.

Custom Enclosures

Rex fabricates custom transformer enclosures in-house — NEMA 1, 2, 3R, 4, 4X, and 12 ratings, including stainless steel and custom paint/finish options. Switchgear and specialty industrial enclosures also available.
