CFM values are fan blowing into the enclosure and out through an exhaust filter, which keeps the cabinet under positive pressure. Pfannenberg free-air CFM is higher and is what our product titles show. Sizes in inches. Thermal Edge CFM through an exhaust filter is from the fan maker curves in the Pfannenberg competitor comparison. Confirm the current datasheets before you release a drawing.
What to check before you swap
The Thermal Edge PFFP cutouts are the same as or larger than the Pfannenberg cutouts, so the PF fan mounts in the existing hole. The PFFP150 at 59 CFM is above the PF 32000, so the table points to the PF 33000 SL at 115 CFM in the same 6.97 in cutout. The PF 33000 SL is NEMA 12. For a NEMA 3R PFFP150 at 44 CFM, the PF 32000 NEMA 3R gives 38 CFM. If you need more at NEMA 3R, the PF 42500 in an 8.78 in cutout gives 74 CFM.
Pfannenberg PF fans from the PF 22000 up use a fluted filter. It holds the same CFM at IP55 as at IP54, so compare the IP55 column if your spec calls for IP55. Pfannenberg NEMA 3R filter fans come in RAL 7035 light gray or black.

What Pfannenberg filter fan replaces a Thermal Edge PFFP250?
PF 43000 for the NEMA 12 PFFP250 at 113 CFM: 122 CFM through an exhaust filter, same 8.78 in cutout. For the NEMA 3R PFFP250, the PF 43000 also comes in NEMA 3R.
What replaces a Thermal Edge PFFP085?
PF 22000: 28 CFM at IP54 and IP55 in a 4.92 in cutout, so it fits the 5.03 in PFFP085 hole. It comes in NEMA 12 and NEMA 3R.
What replaces a Thermal Edge PFFP450?
PF 65000 for the NEMA 12 or 3R PFFP450: 224 CFM through an exhaust filter in the same 11.46 in cutout. PF 66000 gives 295 CFM if you need more.
Do the Pfannenberg fans fit the Thermal Edge cutouts?
